ICS Blog Hop: Tags & Trimmings

Hi everyone! I am a new hopper on the Inspire, Create & Share Blog Hop, and I am super excited to be joining this group of talented artists! Please enjoy my post, leave me a comment so I know you were here (we bloggers need lots of encouragement!), and when you get to the bottom, click on that NEXT arrow to visit the next blogger in the hop.

Today, I'd like to share with you a card I made with my stamp club. I LOVE to take products that you wouldn't normally put together and make something beautiful with them. This month, I used the Tags & Trimmings bundle along with the Naturally Eclectic Designer Series Paper pack. Unconventional Christmas card colors, for sure! But I love the finished product, and I hope you do too!

It's hard to see the glimmer in the snowflake in the photo, so I took a closer look at the card so you could see it - it's so pretty!! And also notice those layers - it is my go-to-standby-everybody's-gotta-have-it duo of the Stitched Shapes Framelits and the Layering Circles Framelits. Non-negotiable, guys. They will up your layer game for sure! Also the Triple Banner Punch. I pull that thing out for at least every other card I make. The unsung hero in this card, though, is the Whisper White Craft Stampin' Ink Pad. It shows up as beautifully white snowflakes against a Berry Burst background. Give it a couple of minutes to let dry after you stamp, though, so it doesn't smudge!

Thanks for stopping by today! If you like what you see and you'd like to create it at home, you can always visit the Stampin' Up! online store. If you don't have a demonstrator (and you're in Canada!), I'd love to be yours, whether you're near or far. If you already have a demonstrator, you can contact them about how to get these products.

Now, go see Karie who is next on the hop!
